Busy infertility medical practice with several offices throughout Fairfield County is looking for Patient Navigators. The position is located in our in Norwalk, CT office. We are looking for friendly, courteous, professionals who can multitask, handle heavy telephone volume and interact with our patients in a helpful and respectful manner. Responsibilities include meeting with patients to review instructions, making patient appointments, managing the physicians’ daily schedules, acting as part of a patient care team with a nurse and physician and data! entry into computerized medical record and other administrati! ve duties as needed.
