Job Description


About the Role

We value smart people with great ideas. We are looking for a Business Development Lead based in Santiago, Chile to expand our Latam footprint. In this role you will be responsible for increasing the penetration into existing and new verticals by landing net new accounts. This quota-carrying role will be working fully remote, collaborating with key internal stakeholders primarily in Australia and Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop compelling content that positions VERIDAPT as a potential strategic partner to the customers.
  • Develop account plans that align with VERIDAPT's product offering and the customers' strategic priorities.
  • Develop and execute on clear fastest-path-to-entry strategies to land initial transactions at specific target accounts
  • Take complete ownership of the relationships within the account. Set up governance model and proactively facilitate relationship between multiple account's and Veridapt stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with all levels of stakeholders to gather intelligence and evangelize Veridapt's position
  • Identify and execute on specific in-year revenue generating opportunities


Qualifications


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have good track record of acquiring new accounts and verticals of large regional and global organisations in Latam. You will also enjoy the autonomy, using your drive, creativity, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to work with business and technical audiences across all levels.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales within mining, rail or other energy-intensive industries

  • Domain knowledge in IIoT and/or fuel management

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue

  • Demonstrated ability to land initial deals at large accounts
