The Certified Nurse Clinician practicing within the Patient Centered Care Model will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a group of patients, collaborate with health care

professionals, coordinate ancillary staff and demonstrate professional growth and development. Able to provide appropriate care for patients served according to the unit's scope of practice! .

EDUCATION

:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD, BS, BSN). CT licensed or CT license eligible required.

EXPERIENCE:
2+ years.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS required.

HOURS:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30-3:30. May

need to flex start/end times by 1-2 hours depending on patient census.
