Job Description
As Field Service Engineer you will provide on-site reactive service for our Microbiology products located within hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Additionally, you will participate in the installation and upgrades of these systems and secondarily implement a preventative maintenance program. You will collaborate in pre-installation testing, reconfiguring, and documentation of uncovered technical issues of all applicable systems.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Start-up new systems on-site
- Preventive maintenance of the equipment as well as the administrative tasks that such maintenance entails.
- Corrective visits on-site to solve any incident that may occur.
- Various administrative tasks related to their functions: preparation of expense reports incurred, control of your stock of spare parts (inventory, request, receipt, shipments, RMA, etc ...)
About you
Educated at least to ‘A’ level standard, although a Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications. In addition to well-developed Field Service Technician, you’ll also bring:
- Upper intermediate English level
- Professionalism, autonomy, and organizational capacity
- Self-training capacity
- Assess and analyze each situation extensively before requesting support
- Residence based in Galicia.
