Shift Flexibility
Current State of Connecticut registration as a registered nurse.
BSN Preferred
We are only accepting applications for experienc! ed O.R. nurses
CNOR Preferred
Bilingual preferred
Ability to function independently as a nurse in the Operating Room in a variety of specialties.
New Graduate Nurses not eligible to apply. This is not a Graduate Nurse position.
Job Detail
The Staff RN in the Operating Room will plan and provide for the care of the surgical patient using the nursing process and a
dheres to the Standards of Practice outlined by AORN and in Unit Specific policies and procedures to ensure high quality, safe perioperative care is provided to the surgical patient.
Provides patient/family teaching and acts as an advocate.
RN with OR experience and ability to both scrub and circulate. Call obligations with 30 minute response time.
