Location: New Haven Connecticut

We are looking for an exceptional Home Health / Homecare Administrator to work in healthcare operations for a “Best in Class” home health organization providing quality care to residents in 5 gorgeo! us, upscale retirement communities located in a historic city in southern Connecticut. The location offers opportunity for an abundance of cultural and outdoor activities.

The Home Health Administrator will be responsible for extraordinary customer service, business development, regulatory compliance, financial and operations management, as well as recruitment and retention of clinical and administrative staff. The Administrator will also be responsible for achieving business objectives, process flow, cultivating relationships, and increasing market share.

Qualified Administrator candidates must have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut (CT); OR Bachelors/Master’s degree in healthcare administration or closely related field
  • Outstanding leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 years recent experien! ce in a Medicare certified home health agency. Medicare Home H! ealth experience is a must!
  • Minimum of five years healthcare operations experience with strong focus on sales and business development
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience in healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning
  • Budget and profit and loss statement (P/L) management experience
