Takes Leadership role in development, coordination & monitoring of wound care program, & works to improve clinical outcomes
Establishes Standards of care based on evidence-based practice, and clinical competencies to meet patient needs
Develops training programs to promote staff clinical expertise
Provides consultation to all inpatient services for complex wounds, ostomy, and incontinence patients according to wound consult guidelines and WOCN standards
Required Skills
Graduate of an A! ccredited School of Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursin! g
Current State of CT Advanced Practice Nursing License
Certification WOCN
