We are looking for a highly motivated, fitness minded, self starter to help manage our boxing transformation gym.
They must have the following skills at a high level:
- Sales
-Office Management Experience
-Excellent Computer skills
- Power point
- Social media
- Microsoft word
- Excel
- Organization Skills
- Problem solving
- Rapid decision making
- Event planning and execution
- Email and Phone communication
- The ability to multi task
In addition to the above skills the ideal candidate is highly organized, friendly, capable of multitasking, loyal, has a large amount of common sense and is not afraid to try and LEARN new skills as this position will evolve as the position has the capability to expand. Experience in the customer service is helpful as well as having your own car.
Starting pay will be 40k per yr plus bonuses for job well done. You will also have unlimited access to attend our programs and classes .
You will be required to put in a minimum of 40 hours a week. There will be bonuses given for making production targets. If you can manage and are a real executive that can make things happen you will make good money as we expand. You will be a key part of our team and we are looking for someone long term who wants to grow and expand with our company.
The job is located in the East Hollywood area . References will be checked and past employers will be contacted.
Employment test will be given that include an Aptitude test to measure your ability to follow directions as well as an IQ test.
A background check will be run as well.
