Supervisor (Automotive Manufacturing)
The EPT Supervisor is the first hierarchical level for a leading automotive manufacturer supervising operators / EPT Team Members from a shift, and responsible for ensuring SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People) for that area. He/she plays a critical role in operational performance.
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
· Tertiary Engineering Degree/Diploma (or other relevant )
· Minimum 5+ years in an automotive or similar industry
Technical Expertise:
· Operations management in automotive or related industry
· 5 years in an automotive or similar industry, including experience in supervision
· Relevant experience within a Trade will be an added advantage
· Experience in APQP,SPC, 8D and FMEA and other tools essential
· Ability to effectively communicate and interact within all levels of the organization
· Ability to plan, organize and delegate tasks effectively
