We are looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to join our Emply marketing team to lead our visual identity, visual content creation, and conference/events management.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various tasks such as creative development, visual content for digital use, video development (film and editing) for social media, photography, and managing and executing our conference/exhibition attendance to create a cohesive brand experience across Emply's touchpoints.
You will work closely with our Content Specialist, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the global marketing team in Lessor Group, and external agencies. The role is central to Emply's international expansion; therefore, it is important that you have an international mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Emply's visual identity to ensure ongoing alignment with our brand across markets and touchpoints
- Develop and execute creatives for marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging visual content across digital platforms
- Develop and edit video content for social media
- Take high-quality photographs to support marketing and communication efforts
- Manage and execute our conference and exhibition attendance and customer events
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
Skills and drivers:
- At least 3 years of experience in a related marketing field
- A degree in marketing, media, or a related field
- Proficient in filming and video editing programs
- Proficient in Adobe Suite or similar graphic design programs
- Possess an international mindset or profile
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a structured manner to drive projects
- Ability to work independently while possessing strong collaboration skills and a willingness to support colleagues as a team player
