River Glen Health Care Center, located in Southbury, CT, is seeking an experienced RN Staff Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will be licensed in the state of Connecticut as a regist! ered nurse, have a current CPR certification, and have a working knowledge of OBRA regulations, care plan development and chart auditing of the nursing process. Excellent communication and leadership skills as well as long-term and acute care experience preferred. The schedule is flexible, 32 hours per week. We offer a comprehensive compensation package including base salary, medical, dental, vision, life/disability, tuition reimbursement and retirement plan.
