Resident City Of Orlando Team is seeking to hire a Bilingual speaker Customer Service Representative to follow up with prospective Homebuyers or Home-sellers who have expressed interest in owning or sell a home in Orlando - Kissimmee Metro area.
You’ll call interested prospects on the phone, ask what type of home they are looking for, and then set an appointment for a licensed representative to show them 2-3 homes in our local community which fit their criteria.
All training provided.
You’ll receive plenty of training to understand our local Orlando- Kissimmee housing market so you’re confident speaking with potential homebuyers. You’ll also enjoy lots of social interaction, teamwork, community and involvement with our team so you enjoy coming to work everyday!

In a typical day you’ll speak with 20-30 potential homebuyers on the phone a day.
Some of the duties will be: follow up by phone, email, and text with overnight visitors to our website to identify who may be looking to buy a home.
Once you reach someone on the phone, you’ll ask simple questions we’ll provide to you determine their need and motivation to buy.
If they are interested in actually buying a home, you’ll notify a senior licensed representative to arrange a time for a consultation.
