Overseing Inpatient Surgical Services, the Clinical Nurse Director will be responsible for the clinical and administrative management of a 9-OR department.
The Clinical Nurse Director will be responsible for ensuring the effective administrative management of clinical functions related to personnel and policy -meeting quality patient care outcomes, providing education and participating in research while maintaining fiscal responsibility. This position is responsible for progra! m operations that span not only clinical areas but also interf! ace with multiple departments within the organization .

Colon and Rectal Surgery

Gynecologic Surgery
Neurosurgery
Orthopedic Surgery
Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) Surgery
Thoracic Surgery

Teaching hospital, not-for profit
300+ beds
Location: Connecticut
Qualifications:
BSN Required, MSN preferred
Current CT Lincensure required;
CNOR certification strongly preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years ofleadership experience in surgical services (OR experience is a must).
