Description: St. Vincent's Medical Center is in need of Nurse Assistant-Cert right now, this job will be placed in Connecticut. Further informations about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The Nurse Assistant-Cert assists with basic patient care activities.
Responsibilities:
Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurs! e (RN)
Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport
Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff
Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or the equivalent is required
Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
