As the Nurse Manager of L&D, you will managing the 12-bed unit. You will need to use your leadership and clinical skills to run the daily operations, promote staff development, and help ensure quality outcomes.
Required Skills
RN, BSN
Labor & Delivery Nursing Experience
1+ yrs in nursing management
Ability to compile objective and measurable data and produce written reports
High level of competency with computers and computer software
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
