For complete informations about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. nician / Technologist - A World-Class Healthcare Facility in Norwalk, CT is looking for a Certified Surgical Technician/Technologist to work 8 hour day/night rotation, five days per week. This position requires on-call and weekend hours.

As a Certified Surgical Technician / Technologist you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, while delivering safe and effective care to the patient during the intra-operative period. Your job duties will also include the following: Preparing operating room for surgical procedures, keeping supplies ready for operation, preparing patients for surgery, transporting patients to the operating room, and positioning patients on operating table.
To be considered for this Full-Time Career opportunity, you must have the following: 2+ year’s recent Certified Surgical Technician / Technologist experience. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Certification as a Surgical Technologist. Experience in Microsoft Word, BLS and ACLS is preferred.
