The ideal candidate for this job would be a Registered Nurse who has worked in clinically in the Intensive Care Unit of an acute care / hospital environment. The ICU RN would have 5-7 years current bedside experience in a critical care setting. Additionally, the Intensive Care Registered Nurse would have 2-3 years of management experience. The ! individual would be flexible and comfortable working in a fast! -paced facility. This Director would have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to convey the organization's mission and values to the employees. They would have a valid nursing license in good standing along with all current certifications required.
