The office manager will be responsible for on-boarding new-hire compliance paperwork and maintaining and updating personnel files, creating new hire training packets, communicating pertinent information to the Administrator, Case Managers/Supervising Nurse, field employees, clients and/or families in a timely and organized manner, assisting HR with recruiting and coordinating performance reviews, ordering office supplies among many other administrative duties. Qualified candidates should ideally have a background in the healthcare industry and several years experience in an administrative/office management role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must!
