VNA East & Eastern Rehabilitation Network (ERN) are offering an opportunity to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team of clinicians providing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation for homebound patients referred for therapy services. Immediate openings are available in the Mansfield, Storrs and surrounding area.

Position Summary: Part time (20 hours) or per visit position. Evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation for homebound patients referred for occupational therapy in the greater Storrs area.
Position Requirements: BS required (MS preferred). Connecticut OT license and one year of clinical experience preferred. CPR certification required.
