 A skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Wallingford, Connecticut providing long term nursing care, short stay rehab, post-surgery recovery, pallative care and outpatient rehab services.
Qualifications:
 Associates Degree from a school of Physical Therapy accredited with the APTA
Current Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and the ability to obtain state licensure

Current CPR Certification required

 Job Description:

 Adhere to professional, ethical and legal standards of practice.

Reports responses to treatment to Physical Therapist

Safely and accurately complete tasks assigned
