MANAGER, CLINICAL OPERATIONS In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for the coordination and deplyoment of nursing care resources in the Emergency Department. Provides support and directs the Emergency Services staff in the clinical area to optimize the care delivery process. Serves as a clinical resource for staff.
Responsibilties include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing scheduling and staffing plans for ED staff
- Supervision of staff, including assignments
- Supports and directs the clinical operation, evaluates patient acuity, patient flow, etc
- Participates in performance improvement process. Identifies areas for improvement in work processes and patient outcomes
- Assures that standards of patient care are appropriately implemented

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Requirements for the Manager, Clinical Operations are: Minimum two(2) years ED exp, supervisory exp preferred. Bachelors degree ( BSN preferred) required, Masters preferred. BLS,ACLS,PALS and TNCC required. CEN preferred. Must posses excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
Staff Nurse Requirements: Recent ED experience preferred. BLS/ACLS required
Per Diem Requirements: Recent/current ED experience. BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENC-P or PALS required.
