Provide medication management for dually diagnosed adults in a multidisciplinary team environment. Excellent salary and benefits for qualified candidates. No on-call, no evenings, no weekends. EOE Advanced Degree in Nursing; Valid DEA, CT State License and Registration for Controlled Substance. Experience in a community clinic a plus. Ability to obtain minimum malpractice coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000. CPR/FA certified. Excellent computer skills with electronic medical record experience. Pre-employment drug screen required.EOE
