Hello, I wanted to reach out to you today because I am working on a search with one of my top clients on a Director of Nursing opportunity and I thought you might be interested in hearing about it. This is a very successful and respected Home Health and Hospice agency in the area of Stratford, CT. The candidate will be the Director of Nursing over an established agency with a census of around 150 and about 15 staff. There are 8 case managers in the agency This agency offers a very competitive salary and excellent benefits. DONs from medium to large facilities are encouraged to apply. POSITION: Director of Nursing- Home Health and Hospice
LOCATION: Stratford, CT
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Current RN license in CT
- 2 to 3 years of Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- 2 to 3 years of Director-level supervisory experience at the DON or ADON level is essential
- Passion for the elderly and skilled nursing care
- Stable work history
