Drip Box is seeking a Sauna Expert to manage all aspects of sauna operations while ensuring the highest-level of client satisfaction.

- Operate Square POS
- Warmly and friendly greet clients
- Manage and complete infrared sauna operations (scheduling, cleaning, laundry services)
- Maintain strong knowledge of services, products and brand
- Provide thorough explanation of services and products to clients
- Manage appointment and retail checkout via Square software
- Take phone calls and assist clients with inquiries, appointments and packages
- Maintain clear and clean environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, clients, and colleagues
- Communicate with all levels of the management team
- Ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to
