Responsibilities:
1. Play the games extensively – on a daily basis;
2. Work closely with the monetization manager and the production team to define events and promotions strategy inside the games;
3. Build a comprehensive and in depth planning for in-game promotions. Oversee its effective implementation;
4. Coordinate and set up the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications, ...) ;
5. Monitor the performance of the events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players ;
6. Suggest optimizations to the game team;
7. Analyze competitors and perform benchmarking.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry
2. Passion for video games is a must
3. Proficient with Excel or equivalent statistical tools
4. Excellent communication skills and highly organized person

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $43,450 to $86,900 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
