- 根据客户特殊需求，严格执行客户SOP流程，完成相关业务操作
- 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉，提供有效的客户反馈意见
- 主动了解客户需求，并提供相关建议和解决方案
- 协助部门经理组织并落实本部门员工日常业务内训，提高员工业务能力及工作品质
为了能够胜任该职位，您需要:
- 大专及以上学历
- 在国际货代行业担任至少5年以上海运出口经验，2年以上带团队经验
- 较强的自我驱动、学习能力、领导力、愿意接受新事物
- 客户服务意识强，具备良好的人际沟通，处理突发事件应变能力
- 具备良好的英文听说写能力
