MDK JAPAN is looking for a highly skilled Call Center Agent to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
· Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
· Must be punctual, hardworking & self-motivated with abilities to manage given tasks on time.
· Required to make Sales calls in our outbound sales department.
· Communication skill, and Negotiation skills
· Must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
Requirement:
· Verbal communication skills.
· Experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
· The candidate must have 1-2 years of relevant work experience
· Candidates should be fluent in English
Basic Salary + Commission
Shift Timings: 9am – 6pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
