The Quality Assurance Coordinator is a part time position (20 hrs/wk) with the primary focus to assist the agency in maintaining and developing the agency’s quality improvement program/QAPI progr am which ensures safe, quality person-centered care and utilizes a multidisciplinary approach.
The coordinator will work under the direction of the Administrator and the CQI consultant to assure compliance with state licensure and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Knowledge of OASIS documentation, homecare regulations and QA principles are essential.
In addition, the position may require the RN to be able to complete field work such as: admissions, resumptions of care or re-visits if the need arises during the week as well as help with orientation of new clinical staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $40.00 /hour
Experience:

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
License or certification:
- current CT. RN license (Required)
