And we are currently searching for a Clinical Nurse Liaison to join our team.
This position focuses on working with local hospitals and other referral sources to build relationships and gain referrals for our Skilled Nursing division, which is a 34 bed facility, serving both Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care. Growth and expansion of our Therapy division makes The Watermark at East Hill the ideal location for these referrals!!
This is a Full Time, Monday-Friday, position, requiring some weekend and holiday on call responsibilities. This position reports directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.
Job Requirements
- CT Nursing License, either RN or LPN.
- 2-5 years previous experience in a similar role, specifically working in a Skilled setting.
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality required.
- A passion for senior care
- Open and driven communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to our culture
- Excellent time management skills
