Description: The Job Junction is currently seeking to employ Clinical Nurse Manager, OB and Neonatal right now, this occupation will be placed in Connecticut. Allocates available resources to promote efficient, effective ! and compassionate patient care. Provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise. Facilitates an atmosphere of participative management and the development of collegial relationships. Visible, accessible and committed to communicating effectively with staff. Promotes the profession of nursing and professional practice. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner. Reports to the Director of Women's, Infant and Emergency Services.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in such program and graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Must have and maintain a current license in the State of Connecticut. Professional Certification is highly desirable. Must have at least three (3) years of nursing experience in obstetrical/neonatal nursing with demonstrated leadership potential. Maintains clinical and managerial competency required for area of assignment including Basic Cardiac Life Support. Must be able ! to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in wri! ting and possess basic computer skills.
