Achieves superior clinical, patient, employee, physician satisfaction and financial outcomes
Attains performance management goals for the hospital c! onsistent with the Patient Care Operations Group
Responds to market and environmental forces, which have a significant impact on the delivery of acute care services particularly on the off shifts
Develops an effective response to these forces in all clinical and non-clinical areas
Collaborates with others to achieve the Hospital's strategic mission and objectives
Required Skills
RN
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or obtained within 6 months of employment)
Demonstrated leadership/management experience in an acute care setting and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills $
