- This is a full time Work at Home opportunity as it's a nation! al role.POSITION SUMMARY: Lead a team of account management professionals for clients utilizing the Active Health Management (AHM) Care Management and Provider Quality Management Tools. Manages and develops relationships with key constituents. Develop retention and growth strategies. Mentor and develop team to provide consultative services to clients. Represent the needs of clients and team within the organization. Recruit, develops and retains a diverse workforce.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients and offer consultative solution to their organizations.
- Work with provider clients on IT solutions to Care Management.
- Achieves cross sell, growth/retention and profitability targets and customer satisfaction levels for assigned team book of business.
- Facilitate story telling in how we communicate internally and with our clients.
- Work with account management team to de! velop strategic plans and measures of success for each client.!
- Support team in developing productive and collaborative internal partnerships to create a comprehensive growth and service strategy for assigned book of business.
- Ensure alignment with customerâs objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna/AHM.
- Manage, develop and cultivate relationships with constituents (producers, plan sponsors, customers and providers) as appropriate.
- Partner with team members as appropriate in meetings with clients to professionally represent Aetna/AHM in the marketplace; articulates how Aetna/AHM products and services can contribute to constituentsâ objectives.
- Manage and execute retention process in collaboration with the internal constituents as necessary.
- Recruit, develop and retain a diverse workforce.
- Set, communicate, implement and monitor performance metrics with assigned team; ! aligns assigned performance measures with company objectives.
- Assist team with meeting an cultivating relationship with clients and consultants.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
- 5+ year of management experience leading teams.
- 10+ years of sales and/or strategic account management experience in health information/health information software.
- Experience working with healthcare delivery systems and providers.
- A nursing or consulting background in health care delivery and information systems are highly desired.
- Health Information systems deployment experience is a plus; Healthcare IT background is a plus.
- Experience understanding insurance system workflows.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Must be able to travel.
