Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
OR
Foreign degree equivalent to the 1st professional PT degree in the US by one of the APTA licensed credentialing agencies. The first professional degree in PT in the US means CAPTE post-baccalaureate program
OR
Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience
AND
Valid US PT license and, if applicable, a valid Visa Screen Certificate
