Administrative SupervisorDepartment: Nursing Service AdministrationSchedule: Part Time +Shift: EveningsHours: ! 32 hrs weekly-3p -11:30p(includes w/e,holiday coverage)Hours Per Pay Period: 32 Job Details: The Administrative Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the effective and timely provision of Hospital-wide patient care for assigned shift. Functions as Administrator-In-Charge during the shift for all Hospital employees. Resolves operational difficulties that cross-departmental or functional lines, and provides operational direction to shift supervisory clinical and administrative personnel. Requirements: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing with at least three years progressively more responsible management experience.
CT license or license eligible required. Minimum three years clinical experience. Must posses excellent interpersonal/communication skills and have the ability to work among all levels of the organization.
