Responsibilities:
The CCU RN will be organizing and administering ! patient care to the patients with each assigned unit of the hospital. CCU RN will provide nursing care as directed by the medical staff and in accordance to the policies, procedures and objectives of the hospital and the state Nurse Practice Act. He/She will participate in patient teaching and discharge planning.
Requirements and Experience:
- Current Connecticut RN license
- Must have 1 year of strong med/ surg experience as an RN
- Self-directed in the management of patient care
- Good communication skills
- Previous Critical Care experience is a must
