Ivy League Health System located in New England is expanding their geriatric and palliative care service line. Internal Medicine or! Family Practice physicians with fellowship training in geriatrics and/or palliative care will join a solid, well educated physician group providing geriatric assessments in a variety of settings including inpatient consults, home visits and nursing homes. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to teach and provide mentorship to residents and fellows.
