New Era Rehabilitation is a comprehensive addiction treatment facility committed to helping individuals break the hold of addiction on their lives. We specialize in methadone maintenance.We are currently seeking a full time, part time or per-diem Nurse Practitioner, PA or physician who in clinical collaboration with a physician will provide comprehensive health care and engage in health screening and disease prevention. Collaborative work with the physician within the approved protocols established for the New Era Rehabilitation Center2. Provide high â€"quality health care services including but not limited to the following: a.Perform patient history, physical examination and evaluates findingsb.Request and evaluate diagnostic studiesc.Identifie health problems and develops a p! lan of cared.Implement appropriate treatment including prescri! ptions for drugs, devises and immunizing agentse.Provide education to those served concerning the diagnosis and treatment of their medical conditionf.Make accurate and complete medical record entriesg.Collaborate with other health care providers and makes appropriate referralsh.Provide accurate and appropriate transfer of information when clients are referred to another care provider.3. Provide specific addiction treatments, medications and follow-up under protocol.
