Description: Middlesex Health Care Center is currently interviewing RN/ LPN right now, this occupation will be placed in Connecticut. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Supervisor to residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by ! the nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the RN Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN/RN in this state - RN Strongly PreferredMust possess accurate and comprehensive assessment skillsMust have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and proceduresMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family and visitorsMust possess leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.2+ years of Long Term care experience is highly recommended
