A Therapy Program Manager/ Physical Therapist with PREFERRED THERAPY SOLUTIONS, is responsible for providing daily management of rehabilitation services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility. You will ensure efficient and effective operations; plan and implement programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes; monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data; provide administrative supervision, serve as a staff mentor, and provide occupational therapy services as needed.

Qualifications:
Must possess a current Physical Therapist license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.
