Description: Hebrew Community Services is currently hiring a MEDICATION & TREATMENT NURSE at this time, this position will be located in Connecticut. Working in conjunction with the RN Case Manager, the Medication and Treatment Nurse will provide hands-on medication management for assisted living clients. The nurse will provide scheduled treatments related to medications or wound care.
