Privatus Care Solutions, the leading provider of private nursing and homecare in Fairfield County CT is seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our Greenwich team.
We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented individual looking to make a difference in our client’s lives by leading our efforts to recruit and retain exceptional caregivers.
Responsibilities include:
Development and implementation of recruitment strategies and tools using traditional and non traditional approaches including social media, etc.. Full life cycle recruitment of highly qualified caregivers - sourcing, recruitment, screening, interviewing and employment offer. Recruitment campaign management and candidate tracking ensuring an adequate supply of candidates for open positions. Applicant documentation compliance.
The successful individual for this role will have a solid understanding of healthcare recruitment with strong people skills, attention to detail and an ability to establish rapport with our candidates.
Healthcare recruitment, home healthcare or medical staffing experience required. Associates or Bachelors Degr! ee strongly preferred.
