Description: NEPRC is currently interviewing Family Nurse Practitioner Needed in Eastern Connecticut right now, this job will be placed in Connecticut. Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in our a regional community health center covering a 33 town rural region in eastern Connectic! ut. NP will provide quality primary care services. Clinical services provided shall include routine and appropriate ambulatory adult, pediatric, and gynecological care as assigned. Experience in Ambulatory primary care setting preferred.
Must have a M.S. degree from an accredited school of nursing. Nationally recognized certification in area of practice. Current licensure in State of Connecticut.
Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance License. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases, 24 hour on call, hospitalization coverage and patient case management. Offering competitive salary and benefits. Located in Eastern CT, less than 3 hours to NYC, and 2 hours to Boston.
