Seeking C.N.A. candidates for per diem positions for 2-4 hour time periods
(daytime or early evening hours) for personal! ized one-on-one Signature Services.

Some examples of services provide are escorting residents to doctor's appointments,
shopping trips or outings (Company provides transportation); engaging residents in lively conversations, fun games, exercise or in-house activities, extra assistance with ADLs to pamper residents with extra TLC.

Job Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidates must be compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment designed to meet the needs of residents which includes assisting with bathing,

toileting, dressing and grooming, preparation of meals, transferring using appropriate
assistive devices.

• Understands quality of life objectives, advanced directives and end-of-life care.
• Understands the nursing function in assisted living.
• Reviews and demonstrates understanding o! f the use of Resident Care Standards and Practices with the Re! sident Care Director and/or supervisor.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of state regulations as they pertain to the job.

Group Interviews will take place every Wednesday at 2:00pm and Sunday at 10:00am . You must complete an application prior to the group interview scheduled weekly.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Current CNA license.
CPR certification preferred.
Experience with residents with dementia preferred.
